Not really a recipe but simply season the meat as you normally would, only don't use any browning substances, including soy sauce. rub the curry into the flesh (let sit if you want) and proceed to cook, after 5 mins, mix a couple tsps. of curry powder 6-8 ozs of hot water, add to pot and cook on low heat. Repeat with curry/water mixture as necessary.

1 medium sized onion
a clove of garlic
salt to taste
chicken
curry powder to taste (i use lalah's curry powder but you can use whichever kind you want)
put some oil into a pot, put in the onion and garlic, after about a minute put in your chicken and curry powder then let cook for a bit you can add water for some extra liquid.......
hope this helps.....

If you know how to stew chicken already then it should be simple with dey curry if you want someting fast.
Like T4L say season the chicken like you would normally do but also season with the curry. (Some like to have the curry boil in the pot first.) Put the chicken on to boil in water or chicken brother which ever you prefer. When boiling add your basil, tyme, palyse falkes, clovers and what ever herbs you like and your chopped onions and peppers to dey mix. from time to time you want to taste the sause to see if it is to your liking. Don't cook on a high flame. Now you don't want to have to much liquid in the pot becaue your sauce would be watery but some like it that way. If you like potatoes and carrot and cabbage in your curry chicken then when the chicken is almost done cook you can add them in.
