I live in Ft. Lauderdale and everyone that I know between Miami, Atlanta, DC and NY that's from St. Thomas is going home this year. I think it's going to be like that and it is what you make it. I know that I'm planning to have a blast.

Carnival Last year was dumb! I aint gon lie. I guess it all depends on the crowd you hang out with because if you depending on the festivities to boost you, you will be waistin your money. But hey, to each his own. Maybe it might be all dat who knows! But thats my piece to the issue at hand.:angry

It all depends on who you limin with, because I'm here on de RocK Having a Fantasia of fun for Carnival 2001! :cool The Queen show was good:), today was boat race that wasn't much to talk about:o ! The village will be opening tomorrow and JamBand will be in de place so that should be nice:cool , if these children know how to behave. Any wayz don't get discourage:( . If you come you'll be having a Fantasia of Fun for Carnival 2001 with the rest of us!! :D

I ain't gon lie either, but Carnival in St. Thomas is hot this year. Everybody is sayin so, plus i realized something, every other year the Carnival does be dum, and this year was the year for greatness. Plus the company u keep makes it even better. Enjoy all of y'all who going.

I have a silly question. I'm older and addicted to nicotine. One of my friends visited the Virgin Islands and told the that cartons of cigarettes were only about $12.00 a carton. Is this true? If not could you tell me about how much they are? I'm retiring in a few years and being as I don't have a lot of money I may move down there so that I can keep my vices. :)

Buddy, nothing is better than Junkanoo here in Nassau -Freeport. Carnival is BOORRRRIIIINNNGG compared to Bahamas Junkanoo. Thas how we be doing it over here. Straight up! :o

I just have to say that Carnival this year was mas in deh place. I enjoy myself, and I know I ain't the only one. The island was packed this year. I see nuff Trini and Jamaican flags for Jouvert.
And Jouvert was the best I ever been to. Jamband tear down the roof. Don't let me get started with the boat rides. I went on every last one. I can't wait til next year.

As I said before and I'll say again I had a Fantasia of fun for Carnival 2001!
Jouvert this year started at Cancryn and went to the village, and meh son JamBand
was mass. Friday the Carnival races had so much pepole that you couldn't walk a good
5 feet with out stepping on someone toes. Ohh yeah the HomeGrown jam it had a Palm's court
with local artist's like Apostle, Army, Vio International, Jamband , etc... was a really nice jam.
Jus Action, Fun lovers, Hugga Bunch, Intrigue, and so on was lookin nice on Parade day. The fire works was spectacular as usual. The last lap boat ride was mass until it had a little incident after the boat.
It had so much places to go, so much things to do in such a little time. I think Carnival need to be extended,
what all you think?

Khanniqua and Princess201b, i glad ah u had fun. Everybody is sayin the same things that ah u sayin. Carnival was MASS and de jouvert was de best one in like forever. I had almost feel like i was there when my peeps was givin me all de updates and not leavin out any details. I have to agree wid u Princess201b, it needs to be longer so that it could be sweeter............i'm out

Eventhough I late I still have to throw in my change. Rock carnival was <b>Mass</b> meh bwoy. Like Princess seh...it should of been longer. De Vibes was still nice no matter.
