Happy Friday Everyone!:welc

Just a few reminders (if you’ve already responded to the below, then disregard this):

• Male and Female Contestants are still being recruited for the 2007 Mr. & Ms. Island Fire Pageant. Have you turned in your application yet? If you need one, contact arvian@bellsouth.net. Deadline for registration to participate in the pageant is June 1st.

• The following volunteer positions are currently available for the Island Fire Pageant: (1) Male Judges (need 3); (2) Co-MC; (3) Stage Manager; (4) Male Backstage Helper; (5) Photographer; (6) Sound Technician Assistant; (7) Prize Handlers (Need 2); (8) Ticket Receptionists (Need 4); (9) Food Receptionists (Need 3); (10) Advance Ticket Salespersons (Need 5 or more); (11) Decoration Committee (Need 2); (12) Clean-up Committee (Need 4). All volunteers receive a volunteer package [(1) Free entry; and (2) Incentive Package (T-shirt, CD, Wristband, and Food)]

• Anyone that recruits a contestant(s) that turns in an official application by the deadline of June 1st will receive the volunteer package

• Anyone that is interested in being a sponsor i.e. donating items or money, should let me know. Sponsors not only get their company’s info listed on the program and a link on the pageant’s website but they also receive the volunteer package
